Description:
From the doc: 'This is basically a pair of shortcuts that point to each other. I achieved this by use of a hexeditor as it is not possible through normal methods. When placed on the desktop (any desktop folder) explorer will crash repeatedly with most dramatic effect in NT/XP/2000 as I have found. In 9x/Me it just causes an illegal operation. NO EXECUTION REQUIRED. When windows tries to find the icon/resolve the target of the shortcut, it goes into an infinite loop and crashes. Quite a nice little exploit.'
